Sue Blair

Registered Social Worker, MSW, RSW (she, her)

Sue is a licensed registered Social Worker in Ontario with extensive experience supporting adults, youth, children, families, and survivors of intimate partner and gender-based violence. She has worked across a range of settings with diverse communities, which has deepened her commitment to providing thoughtful, inclusive, and compassionate care. She also supports helping professionals who may be navigating vicarious trauma, empathic strain and burnout.

Sue's work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.

Sue’s approach is authentic, grounded, and compassionate. Sue strives to create a safe space where clients feel respected, and understood. Sue’s work is rooted in anti-racist and anti-oppressive principles.   Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and Sue takes care to understand each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals to find an approach that feels supportive and effective.

Sue provides trauma informed therapy to adults virtually, through a privacy approved app.
